Penyanyi, aktor, the all-round entertainer, Kim Min Jong, hadir sebagai legenda dalam program acara musik “Immortal Songs 2: Singing the Legend” episode 88. Episode ini ditayangkan oleh stasiun televisi KBS pada tanggal 16 Februari 2013, serta mengudara di channel KBS World pada tanggal 9 Maret 2013. Salah satu tim penampil yang membawakan ulang lagu hits Kim Min Jong pada waktu itu adalah grup band Daybreak. Mereka menampilkan lagu yang berjudul “With You”, yang dipopulerkan oleh Kim Min Jong dan rekannya, Son Ji Chang, yang terkenal dengan nama duo The Blue. Daybreak muncul sebagai penampilan penutup pada episode tersebut, dan dengan penampilan enerjiknya, mereka berhasil membawa pulang trophy “Immortal Songs 2”.
“With You” is a song about someone’s love confession to their beloved ones. Lagu pop dengan melodi yang upbeat dan ceria ini pertama kali dirilis pada tahun 1994. “With You” menjadi theme song bagi serial drama populer, “Feeling”, yang dibintangi oleh Kim Min Jong. Popularitas serial drama dan lagu soundtrack-nya menempatkan lagu “With You” pada puncak tangga lagu K-Pop Top 10 selama tiga minggu berturut-turut pada waktu itu. “With You” diaransemen ulang oleh boy group B1A4 untuk mengisi jajaran soundtrack serial drama hits, “Reply 1994”. Versi modern pop dengan tambahan rap part ini dirilis sebagai single “Reply 1994 OST Part 3” pada tanggal 8 November 2013 . Meskipun terdengar jauh lebih modern, “With You” versi B1A4 tidak kehilangan jiwanya dari versi original milik The Blue. Indeed, it’s a nice and sweet love song that could make a smile on everyone who hear.
